HOW TO GET A FIRST CLASS FREE:
Option 1: An instructor who is currently on our roster at StudioMOVE may give you a card to present for ONE FREE CLASS. Any expiration dates and special instructions will be on back of card. Card must be signed by the instructor by whom it was offered.
Option 2: Call the studio at 585-582-6384 and arrange for a tour of our facility and an overview of our pricing and membership options. You will be assigned an account and given a credit on your account for ONE FREE CLASS for each adult individual taking the tour.
PAYING FOR CLASSES;
Please note that all drop in classes are to be paid for at the time of signing in for the class.
Cash, check or Credit Cards are accepted.
Clients in good standing, with current passes, monthly memberships or a history of attendance will be given on account privileges if they have a current CC on file with us.
An account that is past due in paying for classes may risk suspension of reservation privileges.
Clients more than 5 classes in arrears will be asked to pay for any future classes at time of attendance.
RESERVING YOUR PLACE IN CLASS:

You can reserve your spot in popular classes. This is especially important for classes with limited equipment such as spin/cycle, TRX, Les Mills BodyPump and some yoga classes.
Reserving your spot allows the instructor to better prepare for class…knowing how many students to expect.
In case of cancellations due to weather, instructor illness, or unplanned events, we have a way of notifying you and not having you show up to a cancelled class.
StudioMove manager/lead instructor will determine whether or not a client’s account is charged if they are a NO SHOW on a reservation. Possible ways to charge for no show: deduct a class from your Flex Pass, deduct cost of drop in from your CC on file, deduct points from your Perkville Account, take payment in cash.
Please cancel your reservation as early as possible if you simply cannot make the class. Be courteous of others waiting for bikes. If you have missed the cancellation deadline, call the studio directly to let them know you will not make it. Please do not make a habit of late cancelling or your reservation privileges will be suspended.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR SPIN/CYLE RESERVATIONS:
We have 12 spin bikes available. These may be reserved up to two weeks in advance.
Reservations will be held until CLASS STARTS. Once class starts please do not assume that your bike has been held for you. We will offer available bikes to drop in clients if you are not on your bike when class starts. Please understand that the instructor needs to direct his/her attention to coaching the class and is not in a position to manage late arrivals.
