Group Fitness Classes

Perfect cardio option before your pilates, yoga or BodyPump class. Instructor will coach you through intervals on our StarTrac spin bikes for 30 minutes.  Great music will motivate you to work your hardest.
 
Wear sneakers or clip in cycling shoes.  Water bottle and towel are recommended.
Get ready to work top  to bottom, side to side, front and back, inside and out... this class will WORK IT!  Instructor will bring you new challenges each week with a blend of strength moves, cardio conditioning, and core work.  Be ready for anything!
A fusion of pilates mat and basic yoga flow. This is set to upbeat 32 count music. This workout is slightly aerobic because of the quicker pace. Focus will be on elongating muscles, strengthening core and moving to the beat of the music. No experience is necessary. Just a desire to MOVE.
Class will conclude with a stretching cool down.

Give yourself the gift of relaxation as Jan Gates guides you through 75 minutes of gentle yoga and meditation. Props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks will be used to assist you through your poses. Poses vary from easy to challenging and participants are accommodated at every level.
Working from the ground up...you'll hit every muscle group in your body in a low impact workout.
Create a mind- body-spirit alignment through breathe and yoga poses. Achieve physical strength while you clear your mind. Class ends with a 10 minute savasana with lavender scented eye cover and guided meditative relaxation.

A basic knowledge of Pilates is helpful, but not necessary.
The instructor will tailor the class to the level of the clientele...offering a variety of modifications or challenges to allow you to personalize your class experience.  Props will be incorporated also...toning balls, gliders, Pilates Circles, toning bands, light weights, stabiltiy balls, and more.  
Participants in this class will have had some previous Pilates experience.  Knowledge of core engagement principals, proper breathing, imprint/neutral, and ability to modify as needed will be essential to enjoying the full benefits of this class.  Props will be included at times.
A slower paced mat class that combines familiar Yoga poses and Pilates core and strength work.  The major focus of the class will be on stretching and easing through tightness as you increase flexibility.   Open to all levels.
 
Wear clothing suitable for yoga or pilates...leggings or similar, close fitting top, bare feet or non skid socks are advised.
 
 
 
A streamlined version of the classic Les Mills BodyPump.... Don't worry, you'll still get a great workout in 45 minutes. Barbell based...efficient, and hitting all major muscle groups.

The combination of gentle Hatha and deep restorative work improves range of motion and joint mobility while reducing pain and the effects of stress, fatigue,illness, and or injury.
We all know Tom's got flair...and he brings his fun personality to class on Saturday am.  Uplifting tunes, and an exhilarating spin...great way to start your weekend.
This class includes a lot of deep stretches to increase flexibility. You will strengthen muscles necessary for good back care and proper posture. It includes ball work to release deep muscle tension and improve the health of your muscle tissue. This class will end with aromatherapy oils and a light neck massage if you choose.

TRX for those wanting a full body challenge.  Body weight resistance exercise that will incorporate push ups, planks, burpees, strength and stability work.  We'll even add some cardio just for fun!  This class is recommended for those with some experience with TRX and ready for additional challenges.  Additional props will be incorporated if the instructor feels comfortable with the level of class ability. 
Not recommended for beginners.

This Open Level class is for everyone who wants to hit 2 birds with one stone! Here’s a practice that helps you feel centered and balanced and at the same time, build physical strength and flexibility. Yoga poses use deep, slow breathing to harness relaxation, while strengthening core, upper body, and leg muscles. A relaxing savasana (rest pose) in the end allows you to land your practice!

Routines are pre-choreographed and easy-to-follow with a combination of fast and slow rhythms giving you a total cardio workout. Wear comfortable workout clothing and sneakers or soft-soled footwear.
