Group Fitness Classes

Get ready to work top  to bottom, side to side, front and back, inside and out... this class will WORK IT!  Instructor will bring you new challenges each week with a blend of strength moves, cardio conditioning, and core work.  Be ready for anything!
Rock hard abs in an efficient 30 minute workout using flexible tubing, light weights. Sometimes adding tabata intervals this class will be sure to work you to the max.
Blending two of your faves:  CoreWorx and TRX.  First 30 minutes of class will be in the yoga studio (please, no shoes allowed)...working on toning and sculpting those abs ala Tony.  If you can stick around, head down to the main studio and grab a TRX strap and move on to those functional mobility moves.  TRX is for everyone and this efficient exercise option will get you results FAST!
A 45 minute class filled with instruction by a certified USA cycling coach on the how tos of effective cycling. This class will include intervals, that alternate high and low intensity and endurance. Some cylcing experience is recommended, but not necessary.
Get your motor running...with this high energy interval class. 45 minutes of spinning led by our entertaining instructor Tom.  Please come ready to ride...biking shoes, comfortable gym clothes, water bottle and towel are recommended.

Reservations for a minimum of 5 people by 9 pm day prior is mandatory or class may be cancelled.  If you sign up and are a no show, you will be charged $10. Multiple no shows may result in suspension of your reservation privileges.

Body Flow is a MindBody class for anyone and everyone. It uses a range of movements and motion set to music that will improve your mind, your body and your life. Bending and stretching through safe and simple yoga moves, a Body Flow class blends elements of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates to strengthen your entire body. Breathing with intention is an integral part of this blended class. Instructors will always provide options for those just getting started.
 
 
A 55 minute Body Flow class will leave your mind and body feeling calm, centered and happy.  Just BE.

Participants in this class will have had some previous Pilates experience.  Knowledge of core engagement principals, proper breathing, imprint/neutral, and ability to modify as needed will be essential to enjoying the full benefits of this class.  Props will be included at times.
A slower paced mat class that combines familiar Yoga poses and Pilates core and strength work.  The major focus of the class will be on stretching and easing through tightness as you increase flexibility.   Open to all levels.
 
Wear clothing suitable for yoga or pilates...leggings or similar, close fitting top, bare feet or non skid socks are advised.
 
 
 
 A 40-45 minute class held on a stationary bike that will burst your heart rate as well as give you a nice resistance training.
 
A great overall full body cardio workout.  Instructors will coach you through a variety of challenges:  tempo, resistance, posture, and more.
Get your cardio burst with this cycling jam session! Tom will always have some great tunes on and will coach you through a series of drills on your bike for the first 40 minutes. Then move over to the main gym for a 15 minute upper body sculpting session. Get it all done bright and early Saturday am!
This class includes a lot of deep stretches to increase flexibility. You will strengthen muscles necessary for good back care and proper posture. It includes ball work to release deep muscle tension and improve the health of your muscle tissue. This class will end with aromatherapy oils and a light neck massage if you choose.

TRX is the perfect training tool for an efficient and effective total body workout.  Using your "powerhouse" (core muscles) will be key to maintaining balance and syncing your movements when adding the TRX. No experience with either is required.  In fact, the TRX is the perfect prop for assisting with difficult to master Pilates, balance and functional moves. Bonnie is experienced in Personal training, Yoga, Pilates and TRX, and will be able to modify for any fitness level.
Experience a variety of strength movements for the upper, lower and core muscle groups interspersed with low impact cardio intervals of athletic aerobic training. This class burns fat while increasing lean body mass. A variety of equipment will be used each week to achieve optimal results. This is a great way to get fit and challenge your body in a non-competitive total body workout.

This Open Level class is for everyone who wants to hit 2 birds with one stone! Here’s a practice that helps you feel centered and balanced and at the same time, build physical strength and flexibility. Yoga poses use deep, slow breathing to harness relaxation, while strengthening core, upper body, and leg muscles. A relaxing savasana (rest pose) in the end allows you to land your practice!

A beautiful and mindful breath-synchronizing yoga flow, transitioning from one pose to the next bringing balance, strength and graceful movement to the entire body.
You will gain core strength and postural awareness, full breathing, release from stress, deeper levels of concentration and relaxation.
