Fall Tune Up: Restorative Yoga Nov. 15th

Restorative Yoga is the yoga of non doing. When the body is fully supported it can effortlessly let go of deeply held tensions. The use of props such as bolsters, yoga blocks, mats, and blankets will allow you to safely achieve passive yoga postures.
No previous experience is required, but participants will need to be able to get up and down from the floor. Please bring you own blanket and small pillow. Wear easy to move in yoga or fitness attire.
