Cardio plus PUMP
Get your cardio burst in the first 30 minutes of class with a variety of easy to follow moves to get your heart rate up. Make it hi or low impact. A variety of props will be used to keep things fresh.
A 30 minute LesMills BodyPump segment will round out this full body workout.

A 40-45 minute class held on a stationary bike that will burst your heart rate as well as give you a nice resistance training.
A great overall full body cardio workout. Instructors will coach you through a variety of challenges: tempo, resistance, posture, and more.
