30 minute Spin

Daria McElheran

I have been a fitness instructor for over 25 years and have enjoyed

“teaching” participants of all age levels. I am nationally certified

through AFAA the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and

currently pursuing my personal training certification. I have also been

trained/certified in step aerobics and choreography, aqua fitness,

group resistance training, G.E.A.R. indoor cycling, Silver Sneakers and

Silver and Fit. My goal in any fitness environment is to prepare and

provide a safe and effective workout for every member of my class.

In my “free” time I enjoy golfing, outdoor cycling, reading, gardening

and walking my adorable yorkie Maggie Mae.

Chris Saxby

Chris returned to the workout world in 2006 after raising 3 children and experiencing the ups and downs of life. She decided to take the "Beat the Genes" approach in keeping in shape and being more conscious about healthy choices.
She made the "move" to the Studio in 2011. Began taking classes and had the opportunity to substitute Spinning and Strength classes. One of the things she loved most about StudioMOVE! is being able to interact with each member and getting to know each of them by name.

Tabata Bootcamp - January/2014

She lives in Bloomfield with her husband Bif. She enjoys spending time with her family. She is also also an office manager and cosmetologist. In her spare time her hobbies include snowmobiling, skiing, golfing, boating, bicycling, softball and basketball.

Jean Boehm

Jean Boehm is an enthusiastic cycling instructor having taught at various local facilities since 1999. She is also certified in Group Power. Having taught at Rush Henrietta for twenty one years, she currently is an adjunct professor at MCC where she teaches health courses including “Women's Health and Wellness” as well as “Issues in Children's Health and Development”. Residing in Mendon with her husband and two young boys, she enjoys reading, gardening, playing platform tennis and spending time with her family.

Perfect cardio option before your pilates, yoga or BodyPump class. Instructor will coach you through intervals on our StarTrac spin bikes for 30 minutes.  Great music will motivate you to work your hardest.
 
Wear sneakers or clip in cycling shoes.  Water bottle and towel are recommended.
