Lani Lucey

Lani is originally from Boston , Massachusetts and is one of our most experienced & knowledgeable Group Fitness Instructors & Personal Trainer. She has managed our Group Fitness program for the past 7 years and is a fan favorite with our regulars. Lani holds certifications with Les Mills BodyPump & BodyFlow, our pre-choreographed group fitness classes. Over the years, Lani has coordinated many community events within the Mendon community for StudioMOVE. Lani cares deeply about our members and providing them with the best personalized fitness experience everyday. She previously worked for the YMCA & Midtown and gained a large following with their community members as well.
When Lani is not learning choreography and developing fitness technique she is a loving wife & mother of 4 kids! 

Tony DeMasi

Tony is a group ex associate with 20 years experience in the fitness industry.

His first certification was Jonny G spinning. He then went on to achieve other group exercise certifications in: Group Power, Keiser, Body Pump, CXWORX, GRIT and TRX to name a few .

Tony’s next endeavor is personal training.

"I don't want to make someone exercise, I want to make them want to exercise."

Chris Saxby

Chris returned to the workout world in 2006 after raising 3 children and experiencing the ups and downs of life. She decided to take the "Beat the Genes" approach in keeping in shape and being more conscious about healthy choices.
She made the "move" to the Studio in 2011. Began taking classes and had the opportunity to substitute Spinning and Strength classes. One of the things she loved most about StudioMOVE! is being able to interact with each member and getting to know each of them by name.

Certifications include:
LesMills Body Pump - June/2013
Tabata Bootcamp - January/2014

She lives in Bloomfield with her husband Bif. She enjoys spending time with her family. She is also also an office manager and cosmetologist. In her spare time her hobbies include snowmobiling, skiing, golfing, boating, bicycling, softball and basketball.

Rock hard abs in an efficient 40-45 minute workout using flexible tubing, light weights. Sometimes adding tabata intervals this class will be sure to work you to the max.
