Dylan Chase

Dylan M. Chase holds a Ph.D in Biomechanics and a Masters in Exercise Science. He also is a Certified Personal Trainer, Kettlebell Instructor, spin Instructor and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. With over 20 years experience working with the most deconditioned and special populations to the most extreme sports athletes, he has acquired the skills to take each client on their own successful journey to health and wellness. "I have a strong belief in the value of each person and I believe when we are healthy our contribution is greater to all who are around us. " i don't just train the strength in people . . .I hope I train their "light " to be brighter. i do believe being "fit" is just as much about what's on the inside as it is on the outside."
 
 

Marti Casper

Marti took her first spin class in 2004 & has been addicted since. In January of 2012, she got her Spin certification and teaches many classes each week. Marti works full time at Legends 102.7, hosting her own morning show. Marti also became addicted to triathlons 3 years ago and also runs, cycles and loves boxing. Marti wants to be a good role model for her kids and stay healthy and strong. She loves to motivate and be around people so between radio and leading fitness classes, she is able to do just that.

Lives in Henrietta with her husband, 4 cats & 2 children: Chloe & Andrew, who join Marti once in a while in some of the many races she does.

Bonnie is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Certified USA Cycling Coach (3), Group Fitness Instructor, TRX, Beachboy, Pi/Yo, Yoga, Nutrition, and Mind/Body Wellness.

She is an avid cyclist who enjoys traveling and enriching her life through continuing education in mind/body awareness. She has been a fitness professional for over 20 years, and is successful in sharing her strong knowledge and lifelong passion for living a happy healthy life with her clients.

 
 

Chris Saxby

Chris returned to the workout world in 2006 after raising 3 children and experiencing the ups and downs of life. She decided to take the "Beat the Genes" approach in keeping in shape and being more conscious about healthy choices.
She made the "move" to the Studio in 2011. Began taking classes and had the opportunity to substitute Spinning and Strength classes. One of the things she loved most about StudioMOVE! is being able to interact with each member and getting to know each of them by name.

She lives in Bloomfield with her husband Bif. She enjoys spending time with her family. She is also also an office manager and cosmetologist. In her spare time her hobbies include snowmobiling, skiing, golfing, boating, bicycling, softball and basketball.

Tom Stewart

I have taught all types of group exercise classes and have experience as a personal trainer in a one-on-one or small group setting. I have a BS in physical education from James Madison University and taught physical education in several public schools at a variety of grade levels, K-12. I also hold a Doctor of Education degree in educational administration, from Columbia University. I have been certified in group exercise, group cycle, and kickboxing. I am also certified by the Cooper Institute, as a Fitness Specialist.

Susan Winebrake

Susan Winebrake is a certified group fitness exercise instructor who has experience teaching a variety of classes, including core, Glutes and abs, Body conditioning, Boot camp, Interval training, Step, Spinning, Less Mills body pump, TRX, Silver sneakers, TRX rip trainer, and barre, among others. 
An energetic person with a passion for teaching and learning. Susan enjoys group instruction because it combines her love of education. She is currently an adjunct instructor at Rochester Institute of Technology and teaches group fitness at various Rochester area locations to a diverse population of students at different levels. She believes that  there is a fitness program for everyone, and she aims to be a role model and to inspire her students to craft a fitness regimen that allows them to achieve their goals while also leveraging their unique abilities. Susan holds a B.S. in English (Dickinson College) and a M.S. in Education (University of Pennsylvania) and is a certified secondary English teacher. She lives in Pittsford with her husband and four children.
 A 40 minute class held on a stationary bike that will burst your heart rate as well as give you a nice resistance training.
